Where applicable, cancellation charges may be deducted from the amount paid.

Customers are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible to minimize potential cancellation charges.

3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Late cancellations or failure to appear at the agreed pickup location may result in partial or full forfeiture of any amount paid, depending on the service and the applicable booking terms.

For transportation services, customers should be ready at the agreed pickup location at the confirmed time.

Additional waiting charges may apply where applicable.

4. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refundable amount will be determined based on the applicable service terms and any cancellation charges.

Approved refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Certain charges may be non-refundable where costs have already been incurred or where the service has already been provided.

• Services already completed
• Special arrangements or customized services
• Administrative or third-party charges
• Late cancellation charges
• No-show charges
• Additional services already requested or used

Any applicable non-refundable charges should be communicated to the customer where reasonably possible before the service is confirmed.

6. Cancellation by Gulf Stream Transport LLC

Gulf Stream Transport LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify a service when circumstances make it necessary or when the service cannot reasonably be provided.

Such circumstances may include:

• Vehicle availability issues
• Safety concerns
• Severe weather
• Road closures
• Government restrictions
• Operational emergencies
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel a prepaid service and the customer is entitled to a refund, the applicable refundable amount will be communicated to the customer.

7. Changes to Bookings

Customers who wish to change the date, time, pickup location, destination, vehicle, or other booking details should contact us as early as possible.

Requested changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

8. Disputes and Refund Requests

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or have a concern regarding a cancellation or service charge, please contact us with your booking or service details.

We will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
